Telltale Games is a studio that has done a remarkable job when it comes to storytelling in games, whether they’re dealing with the harsh reality of The Walking Dead; the repercussions of heroism in Batman: The Telltale Series; or having fun with Minecraft: Story Mode and its character building. And now, you’ve got a good chance to get inside their heads this forthcoming weekend at PAX East.
The team has announced that it will be hosting a panel this Friday night at the event, starting at 6:00 PM at the Albatross Theater. In it, it’ll discuss its process of interactive storytelling.
“Telltale Games has become an industry leader in story-driven gameplay and interactive episodic content for more than a decade,” the panel’s description reads. “Hear from the team behind some of the acclaimed and fan-favorite series such as The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, The Wolf Among Us, Minecraft: Story Mode, Game of Thrones, Batman and more, as well as the highly anticipated Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series. Join a special line-up of developers and Telltale cast members as they discuss the latest happenings with fans of their unique approach to interactive storytelling.”
It sure sounds like we could be getting our first look at Telltale’s take on Guardians at the event, so we’ll definitely be on hand to see what goes down!
