For those of you that have been feverishly waiting for the next multiplayer season of Halo 5: Guardians to kick off, good news – it has begun!
Microsoft announced that the new season has begun, through the official Halo Twitter channel, and have offered a new emblem, pictured above, that you can snag over the course of the season.
Of course, it’s no easy task, as you’ll have to take part in ten of the aforementioned placement matches in order to determine a strong Competitive Skill Rating (CSR), and eventually unlock the emblem as a result. It may take a little bit of patience, but true Halo fans will find that it’s worth it. There are seven CSR ranks in all, going from Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Onyx all the way to Champion – if you can get there.
Those that want to keep track of their record can do so by visiting the official Halo Waypoint page, which should list all your stats when it comes to everything Ranked Arena playlist numbers. Good luck!
Halo 5: Guardians is available now for Xbox One.
