When Week 5 rolls along for Phoenix1, they'll have a different top laner. According to a release on Phoenix1's Facebook page, Rami "Inori" Charagh will be unavailable to play. "Inori has returned to Vancouver to take care of a personal matter, and therefore cannot participate in this weekend’s matches."

Stepping up will be William "Meteos" Hartman who is currently a sub for Cloud9 after stepping down before the start of the 2017 NA LCS Spring Split. "Fortunately, William ‘Meteos’ Hartman has graciously agreed to sub in for our team on extremely short notice. He even cleared his schedule to scrim with our team this week. A huge thank you to Meteos, and I hope everyone reading this cheers him on this weekend."

According to WWG's League of Legends Writer and Analyst, James Bates, this move hinders P1's playstyle as a whole. "This whole situation is an unfortunate one for Phoenix1. Inori's bold playmaking has been key to their success thus far, and taking him out of the equation is going to sting," said Bates. "The fact that he's being replaced by a player who wasn't exactly an all-star during his last trip to the LCS should also be concerning."

Bates also offered some Fantasy LCS advice for those with Phoenix1 players. "I'm taking Phoenix1 off my fantasy lineups this week, and I recommend everyone else look at doing the same."

P1 square off against EnVy on February 17 and then face Meteos' former team, Cloud9, on February 19.
