SK Gaming got another little piece of revenge against ESL Pro League Season 4 Champions Cloud9 by dismantling the North Americans 16-6 on Overpass at the DreamHack Masters Las Vegas Group C Winners’ Match.

SK Gaming had a solid game plan starting out on the Terrorist side. They mixed in some feint pushes and some hard pushes to keep Cloud9 guessing. SK would win the pistol round which would snowball into a 4-0 lead. Cloud9 would get a defuse win in the 5th round after Jake "Stewie2K" Yip strode up to the bomb site and earned a quad kill.

SK was not deterred, but did trade rounds following the Stewie2K quad kill, making the score 5-2 after seven rounds. Gabriel “FalleN” Toldeo then got red hot leading his team, going on a 5-3 run to end the first half up 10-5.

The second half was fruitless for Cloud9 as SK was always in control. SK would win five of the next six rounds securing their place in the quarterfinals.

With the win SK Gaming makes its way to the playoffs while Cloud9 will face Ninjas in Pyjamas for a second time at DreamHack Masters Las Vegas where Cloud9 narrowly escaped with a 16-14 victory
