Team Dignitas have made some changes to their front office. Joe "InnerFlame" Elouassi announced that he and Team Dignitas have parted ways.

"I am looking for offers within Europe to start working next split, preferably LCS. I am an experienced GM with a proven track record in creating and maintaining successful teams in both League and CS:GO," said InnerFlame. "It's no secret that I've wanted to return for a while and I aim to make Europe a powerhouse once more."

InnerFlame also discussed the reason for the separation between the two parties and said, "Despite a few differences in opinion, I wish Team Dignitas the very best of luck in future."

InnerFlame had been part of the Team Dignitas organization since 2015 after departing from Gamers2. Prior to that, InnerFlame spent time with the SK Gaming organization. "I'd like to thank all of the players I've worked with in the 2 years that I spent here. Especially the players I worked with this past split. I'd also like to personally thank ODEE for the amount I've been taught in my time here."

As for his next steps, InnerFlame is going to take some time for himself to start. "I'll be relaxing the next few days before I travel home and decide which path I take next."

It doesn't look like he will be without a job for much longer as organizations have already expressed interest.
