Remember the rules of Pokémon, going, "Gotta catch 'em all?" Well, if you truly want to do that, you'll need a pretty deep wallet.

The team at Heritage Auctions has listed an incredibly rare Pokémon card, the Pikachu Illustrator. Though the auction is still ongoing, the team intends to attain $50,000 by the time it's all said and done – and that's going to be one very happy collector.

The card in question was actually never included with the official Pokémon Trading Card Game, merely offered as a prize to those that won a drawing contest that took place back in January 1998, in an issue of CoroCoro Comic. There were only 39 made at the time, and you can bet a lot of fans aren't willing to give up their precious cards.

Interested in the auction? Well, you've got until November 19th to bid on this Atsuko Nishida specialty. Good luck – and bring a bunch of cash.
